Heating Guidelines

Introduction

One Important Thing To Bear In Mind When Heating Any Of The Swift Range Is That The Product Is Already Cooked So It Needs A Moderate Radiant Temperature That Will Gently Penetrate To The Required Core Temperature, Resulting In A Quality Product.

High Temperature Heating Can Lead To Scorching Around The Edge Which Can Taint The Flavour Of The Food. And Also Burning & Stickage Which Results In Unnecessary Wastage.

Our Recommended Heating Temperature Is 150° Celsius On Combination Setting
(Dry Heat & Steam Mix)

Do Not Pierce The Tray Cover
(If Seal Is Broken, Cover With Tin Foil)

All Times Are Approximate & Only A Guideline. When Heating It Is Advisable To Ensure A Minimum Core Temperature Of 75° Celsius Is Reached Prior To Serving.
