When heating any of the Swift Fine Foods product range it is important to bear in mind that the product is cooked. All that is required is a Moderate Radiant Temperature which will gently penetrate the food to the required core temperature resulting in a perfect meal.

The optimum heating temperature is 150°C, in a fan assisted oven on combination setting (Dry Heat & Steam Mix)

Top Tips
During the heating stage it is recommended to periodically shake sauce based dishes. This ensures good even heat distribution. Repeat this step again prior to serving.
Prior to serving, cut the clear film cover with a sharp knife. Then transfer your hot food into a warm dish and serve. For safety if pouring a sauce based recipe always pour away from you!
Probe all food products & ensure that a minimum core temperature of 75°C has been reached prior to serving.
