Swift Fine Foods spend the day with Harris’s SuperValu, Balleborough, Co. Cavan who won the title of ‘Small SuperValu Store of the Year’.
Swift Fine Foods went along on Thursday the 16th of March 2017 to help the staff with setting up their Hot Food Counter. Harris of Bailiebrough is now stocking our Food to go products and our Chefs Cuisine meals.
Eammon Walsh founder and Director of Swift fine foods took the reins and showed Lorraine the Owner, Mary and the staff in the Deli how they can effectively use our products and deliver lunches which are the same standard and class as award winning restaurants
Mr Walsh has extensive experience as a restaurateur and hospitality catering. Eammon Walsh now runs and oversees all the catering for Bord Bia at the trade shows both here in Ireland and Internationally.
Rebecca Kirkwood of Swift Fine foods came along to co-ordinate the whole Event.

Valerie Howe who has over 10 years of Experience of sampling across Ireland commented on the great reactions she was getting from Customers tasting the Chef’s Cuisine meals and had bought the meals in the past.
